TATAT is a MIDI FX plugin aimed at generating ever-changing sequences, aiding in the rapid development of musical concepts, and introducing unforeseen elements into fixed patterns.

By configuring parameters and establishing a distinct mood, users can immerse themselves in a continuous stream of evolving musical notes, which can then be recorded, adjusted, and further explored.

HOW IT WORKS

• TATAT generates dynamic and boundless sequences of notes, with outcomes that defy predictability. By fine-tuning parameters to define a desired mood for TATAT, users can influence the character of the generated music, encompassing factors such as notes, intervals, tempo variations, velocity dynamics, and more. Once a preferred mood is established, users will experience an ever-evolving cascade of musical events that remain aligned with the designated mood.

Users can engage with TATAT in various ways:

• Allow TATAT to play its stream autonomously while making controlled interventions to introduce pauses (Less), achieve gradual tempo changes (Ratio), or influence interval generation. The Key In feature enables real-time note adjustments.
• Enhance stability by managing/automating the Liv/Mem slider, transitioning between the dynamic stream and frozen patterns.
• Utilize TATAT to enrich existing or incoming MIDI data/parts by routing its generated notes through (Thru) for added musical depth.

Regardless of whether it's melodic/harmonic or percussive elements you're working with, TATAT delivers exceptional results!

MULTIPLE TIME RESOLUTIONS

• Allocate probabilities for each time resolution to govern the musical flow and synchronize outcomes using the main ratio to yield organic time variations.

NOTES

• Determine trigger probabilities for individual notes, activate the keys toggle for on-the-fly note changes to add diversity to the musical stream.

DOUBLE HIT

• Assign two intervals with respective triggering probabilities to introduce harmonic richness to the generated stream.

STREAM PROCESSING FEATURES

• Incorporate various processing parameters to manipulate the generated notes, including velocity modulation, delay effects, length adjustments, randomization capabilities, and note muting options – all conveniently accessible and user-friendly.

FLOW VERSUS PATTERN

• The LIV/MEM parameter operates within a 0-100% range: At 0%, a buffer continuously captures the evolving stream; any other setting locks the buffer content with an option to prioritize live or buffered notes. With 100%, users preserve the buffer contents as a static pattern – facilitating tailored stability amidst the creative tumult!
